E.F.T. it is a practice that restores the subtle energy body back into balance.  When we suffer from anxiety, sleeplessness, fears, traumas, addictions and the like, this can be perceived as an energy disruption within the body or field. Tapping on different meridian points (energy pathways) of the body while mentally focusing on the problem or issue, initiates a healing response from the bodies’ energy system. A reduction of symptoms, up to full relief can be achieved in even the first session. EFT can be facilitated by your energy practitioner, and you can also learn to use this in your daily practice independently making it an important tool you will use for the rest of your life.
