The Five Circles of Psychological Agency™ is a structured, practical curriculum designed to help individuals sustain recovery by understanding how change actually occurs and how to apply it in everyday life. Rather than relying on willpower alone, this system teaches you how to recognize internal patterns, regulate in real time, and make more effective decisions across situations that typically challenge recovery. This is a complete, fully developed curriculum that includes guided workbooks, visual diagrams, structured exercises, assessments with scoring and answer keys, and detailed facilitator notes. Each component is designed to build understanding step by step while giving both clients and facilitators clear direction on how to apply the material.

E.F.T. it is a practice that restores the subtle energy body back into balance. When we suffer from anxiety, sleeplessness, fears, traumas, addictions and the like, this can be perceived as an energy disruption within the body or field.
Tapping on different meridian points (energy pathways) of the body while mentally focusing on the problem or issue, initiates a healing response from the bodies’ energy system. A reduction of symptoms, up to full relief can be achieved in even the first session. EFT can be facilitated by your energy practitioner, and you can also learn to use this in your daily practice independently making it an important tool you will use for the rest of your life.

Aftercare is a critical part of the recovery process and is designed to be ongoing. It includes continued guidance through community resources, sober connections, relapse prevention, and navigating real-life responsibilities such as work, relationships, and daily life.
